Pros

Unfortunately I cannot provide any

Cons

No workplace culture. Very frugal. No room for growth. Reluctant towards using new technology. Interview process is redundant and exhausting, Lack of job security (People frequently get fired). Not a friendly environment. I was brought on, and was never introduced to the rest of the office by my manager. People were constantly gossiping and whispering in the office. Jokes were made after people got fired. People spent more time talking about their personal lives than working. Dev space still using cubicles. Older dev team with nothing to offer when it comes to modern technologies. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially young professionals

Pros

-Great place to retire or people more than 50 years old -Nice and friendly elderly people -Good hours (people show up at 10 or 11 and leave at 3 or 4) -Fair pay -Good location -Many people have worked here for more than 20 years and have no plan

Cons

-Their own language (a type of 4GL) has no future -No career growth (or you might want to wait till those people are retired) -Things you learned could only be applicable in the company, nowhere else -Shrinking client base (their main customers are those still using mainframe) -Lack of management communication -Many people work from home all the time -Low job market demand for their software suite
