Pros

The overall goals of the program are strong. Working with IPS students and fellow college students creates a relaxed environment where personal connections can be made and trust can be built. Time-off policies are ideal for college students. The management allows time off for school projects, finals and holiday breaks.

Cons

Compensation is stagnant and there is no possibility of increase. Benefits are not available and full-time positions are not offered.

Pros

Working with children is a very rewarding experience. Great for college students wanting a part-time position. Program leader places you in a location that is best fit for you and your schedule.

Cons

Working with children can often be difficult in any situation but this is to be expected when taking this position.
