      Pros

      There isn't much good to say about the company other than some of the employees are nice.

      Cons

      Ethan, the president lied every step of the way through the interview process. There were a lot of promises that never came true. It doesn't matter how much you give, the company will continue to take. You are not compensated like Ethan tells you in the hiring process. I have had to pay to keep my job more than I have made with the company. Don't quit your job with benefits, even if he lies to you and tells you that you will have health benefits. This is completely untrue! Avoid this company and the pyramid style sales.

We always outline the possible opportunities available for individuals who work hard, reach their targets and therefore earn incentives and rewards. We have examples of this in our office, and we want candidates to know about these success stories so that they are as excited as we are about their potential future with us, we are in no way telling them any false information to encourage them to leave their jobs.

      Scam company

      There are literally none. Don’t even go to the interview.

      Cons

      This company is a scam. Their name and website make you think it’s a new ad agency or something. But it is not. All the positions no matter what the title says are for the same job. And that is selling Comcast/xfinity in Walmart or any other retailer. They made us all wait 1.5 hours for our interview that lasted 5 minutes. There were about 11 people in the waiting room all applying for the same job. The office was extremely unprofessional as they were blasting rap songs like “down on me” by Jeremih. Also, when you walk into the building their suite number doesn’t even have their name on it. Their suite number says the name is F.A.S.T Global Marketing. Just a fake company that says they’re in advertising or marketing and is really just a sales job.

      The roles we have available are unique for every individual, the training everybody receives allows them to chose which specific area and set of skills they want to focus on, i.e leadership, negotiation, self - confidence etc. We are still waiting to have our signage completed, we did not think not having these was a good enough reason to delay our interviewing process. We do however share an office like you say, as a young and innovative company we purposefully share our working space with similar business in the same industry and with a similar ethos as our own, as we feel that this encourages strong co-working relationships, inspiration and a creative company culture, where ideas are shared and grown.

      Pros

      Indi Advertising is the job for you if you're looking for opportunity and growth in the sales and marketing world. They teach you everything you need to know. The owner is busy but always finds time for communication and is always there for help when needed. If you're willing to put the work in to this field than your opportunities for growth and success correlate directly with the effort you put in. The team places emphasis on being just that, a team, and have get togethers at a variety of places to ensure that everyone feels included and like their coworkers are people they can call friends.

      Cons

      If you're not willing to put the work in for your own personal growth and growth in the company, or are just looking for a 9-5, then this is not something I would recommend.
