This is the first company I've worked for that I totally respect and admire my boss. His door is always open and I feel comfortable discussing anything with him. Core hours are 10 to 4 which allows for some flexibility in your work schedule while still meeting the needs of clients and inter-office interaction. Starting vacation available to new employees is 2 weeks. The work is always interesting and there is never a monotonous day. There is truely a team environment at InRhythm. The president/owner always keeps the associates informed of company progress on a weekly basis with a meeting over a complimentary Friday lunch.
