Continuous learning is the mantra at ICC; you will be exposed to various computer conferences, latest books, latest software, the latest in information technology.
Cons
Since they want you to continuously improve yourself, they expect the staff to be disciplined and professional; some lazy people despise this and complain about this, but, for those who really want to improve themselves, this is the best training ground.
