      Very supportive team and team leaders. work from home with flexible timings. Should constantly upgrade with new technologies.

      Not much career growth and below average pay and could be fired at any moment.

      Only permanent work from home is only pros .

      Cons

      You will hardly get 30-40k annual hike if perfomance is best otherwise zero hike. Old technology work. No proper code review is done . Job security is zero almost. You may get fired at any moment if client doesn't need you. They can't assign another project because they have only one good client.
