Pros

Dog friendly. Monthly Team events. Good Health Insurance & 401k match. If you want to grow within the company they allow it and promote it. Promotes self / personal growth as well.

Cons

When I started Leadership communication wasn't as good as it is now. They have made good improvements and are continuing to make improvements.

The free snacks have a diversity issue, everything leans to the salty side leaving out the sweets people. *1st world problems

-Dog friendly office (although dogs often become your problem by stealing food, going through the garbage and going to the bathroom and their owner is nowhere to be found) -Free snacks and beverages

Cons

Very arrogant higher management and HR is absolutely not your friend. Very bro like culture and favoritism is blatant. Lack of safety in the warehouse and getting proper equipment is like pulling teeth because of budget. The set up they have for the warehouse is suboptimal and I imagine very comfortable work stations.
