      Small enough company to make changes fast and large enough company to have resources. Generally a good place to be if you want to be a high impact employee.

      Cons

      No work life balance- people are pushed until burnout.

      Good team to work with co worker wise

      Cons

      Communication with management and HR is difficult. Company does not care about employees as they claim! Repetitive work, lazy management, no room for advancement or pay increases.
