Pros
the ability to develop good relationships with co-workers, even though there is no employment security, it is a good place to get your start in the industry
Cons
keep looking for a job even if you are just hired, they'll keep you in the dark until the last minute and then lay off 20 people citing contracting woes. they'll hire 3 new employees and then do a mass layoff only weeks later cutting even the new staff before they even receive their first paycheck. the poor planning is so obvious
