There is not much work, so I guess that gives you good work life balance. The management does not even know what you are working on. All they care about is cutting cost.
Cons
Poor management/leadership that changes every quarter. Lack of vision and integrity. Frequent layoff despite the size of the company not being large. Poor salary.
