Pros
Everyone seems really nice and they pay decently. The work is doable.
Cons
Lack of clarity or guidance sets you up for failure. Mixed messages and expectations create a confusion that is enhanced by the fact that they don’t have a set system to train new employees. Being encouraged and reassured along the way and then blind-sided before the two weeks of training is even done. They claim to know very well the type of person they’re looking for, but what they do after that is a mystery to everyone.

Very unhealthy management and communication behaviors. Emotional dynamics are intense and unpredictable. Culture is fear-based.
