Excellent Founder who wants to be in the 'trenches' with his employees. Wants to be working just as hard as his employees. He's also extremely passionate about having fun in the workplace; with plenty of team building activities to have everyone feel like a huge family. You always feel rewarded for doing your job, and your opinion is always heard.
