Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Great to hear your time at Iglu was a positive one and you gained some great experience. Low customer levels were a problem for many businesses during the pandemic but it is pleasing to see that we are now very much on an upward trend

First and foremost, as a business, we like to think that we take great care of our staff. Bullying is in no way acceptable. As you have expressed that you are a current member of the team, I urge you to report any improper conduct. Should you not feel comfortable doing this to our HR team for whatever reason, then please seek out a director or someone that you can trust. Iglu.com's policy in respect to alcohol use during the working day is outlined in our employee handbook and deviation from what is acceptable is not tolerated.

Thank you for providing your thoughts specifically on this matter. Iglu.com are very much supportive of working mothers. Indeed the business is led by working mothers who have wished to ensure that parents throughout the business are supported. We value flexibility and provide as much as is needed. We also provide lots of homeworking opportunities so that a perfect work/life balance can be struck.
