No actual training, they expect you to know it all and start selling on nothing but outbound calls from day one. Deceptive marketing strategies, their medicare side goes by the name of Florida Access (pretending to be ACCESS FLORIDA) so customers when they hear FL Access they are confused and think they are dealing with FL's Medicaid and Children's office Access Florida. This is a family owned business that is ran by less than prepared people, owners are husband and wife, marketing is a cousin, recruiting is the sister of one of the owners, accounting is another cousin, sister in law is 1 of 3 customer service reps, brother n law is another agent with the company, the medicare supervisor is a weed smoking clown of a person that does not have any leadership skills. As part of your bonus structure you have to go to Cardone University daily, thats how they think they will develop their salesforce. High turnover of agents, if you don't speak spanish best not apply since they target mainly the spanish speaking medicare recipients. Will change the terms of the job contract when signing up for the job, I was offered a job offer that did not include a non-compete to having to sign a different contract on the first day of work that included a non-compete for 2 years. Daily meets are not productive at all, they are just throwing numbers but no developing at all. MONTHLY in person meetings is more the same, no actual training at all, its just another meeting about numbers, how much fulanito sold, how many faxes were sent, all bs. Inbound calls from vm that you leave customers are priority, if you are on the phone taking care of a customer and their receptionist are not able to get you to answer they phone they will blast you in a teams chat that you are not answering the phone, will send you direct messages, emails copying management that you did not answer the phone. If you are a season spanish speaking medicare agent that does not mind a little of a clown show to start your day then this job is fine for you but if you are looking for a good structure company that has good training, good leaders and good pay than this is not going to be a good fit for you.
