Pros
At IceMobile, you get to work with a lot of talented colleagues. Next to that, there's a great culture and the company invests a lot of time and energy in keeping it that way. One of those things are the fun activities and events outside working hours. I also really appreciate the room for growth. You really have to put some effort into it, but once you do, you get all the support you need.
Cons
There aren't too many different projects, since most of the clients are pretty big and long term. This means that you'll be working on the same project for a while. On the other hand, this means you can really dive into the project your working on.
