Pros

You will get to work on all kinds of projects and are challenged everyday with something new. The office has a really nice gym and parking. Management is very friendly and cares a lot about the company and their customers. They work night and day to make everyone happy despite some hardships a long the way.

Cons

It's kind of funny to read the reviews on here. Especially the ones that say bad things. I have been at ISO for a long time, and I can guess who wrote most of them. You see, at ISO if you don't do a good job, if you don't work hard, or if you don't complete projects you get warned about 10 times and then terminated - isn't that how it should be? And of course when they get terminated they blame everyone but themselves on here.

No amount of free bacon can replace proper management

Pros

Free breakfast or lunch depending on the day. Cool office space with a lounge and fully-equipped gym. Friendly, young coworkers.

Cons

Management. Employees are treated like puppets. Expect to be forced to switch gears constantly when the boss has a random idea, even if you're in the middle of the last "urgent" task you were ordered to do. Management also thinks it's OK to haphazardly move employees around to different departments. This happens quickly and sometimes without the employee's consent. Not a stable environment. The only employees who are content to be working here are either fresh out of college or have dealt with even worse management at past jobs. Which is sad. Avoid accepting a job here. If you must, avoid interacting with upper management.

Avoid at all costs

Pros

Honestly, the only pro is the gym and free food.

Cons

The employees are ruled by an evil dictator that insists on giving orders even when they override his previous order yet then will blame you for not completing the original order. Inconsistent product development, they have more lawyers in-house than they do developers. They can't keep a developer working there to save their lives. They treat you like dirt, pay you like such too. This is the worst company I have ever seen. They take clients monies to pay debts before even starting the project. Then turn around and bill the client for "scope" changes, more like extortion for more money. They do not communicate well at all, they do not keep to a schedule at all. And this is just from my experience as an employee. The clients are fed false promises, and excuses by the management Jonathan, and David. David has an extremely questionable background, which can be found on Google easily. Majority of clients want a refund but the management refuses since they are paid hourly. BE CAREFUL.
