      Working envrionment of scientists and researchers open-minded since many have been expatriated, freedom to organize yourself as a manager, few hierarchy pressure. Positive environment if you know how to take advantage of the manager situation.

      Cons

      Salary are really low for project management, no real management referee, working with the department from headquater is not always transparent.
