      Poor Management and Toxic Workplace

      Salary is above market value, excellent coworkers, good entry into tech

      Cons

      Only hires new grads (majority females) and causes a really uncomfortable dynamic between upper management (all older men) and rest of the work force. FYI you will have to work evenings and they won't tell you that during the interview

      Decent pay, good coworkers, cool building to work in

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance, management is a mess and it is an unkind work environment due to poor management. No communication between management and employees, yet there are expectations to be able to read management’s minds. HR is not helpful. No room for growth.
