      Supportive management, but need to track own orders closely

      Pros

      Supportive back office management especially with accounting and invoicing.

      Cons

      You still need to follow your orders and track closely - do no rely on thier reps to do this for you. They are more like a second pair of eyes. Would like more marketing tools

      Presumably outsourced my job but made it my fault

      I can’t find anything good about them.

      Cons

      Outsourced job to India nearly immediately after hiring me. Told me it was my fault. I was a fresh college graduate, three weeks into the job. Job was never reposted because they outsourced it to their already existing “India team”.
