      Pros

      Achieving great experience and finding more and stronger connections. Finding intimate co-workers and friends. Finding the ability to manage the projects.

      Cons

      The projects could be done in a more professional approach. They could be completed with more discipline. Creativity could be more used.

      Pros

      Small business feel to a somewhat large company. Very supportive in non work issues Good training structure and chance for advancement.

      Cons

      Too much turnover in upper management. Increase in responsibility does not mean increase in salary necessarily. Bonuses are few and far between.

      These are the nicest most ethical people to work with and for. Great atmosphere. Everyone pulls together. The owners door is ALWAYS open. Willing to work with your schedule. Willing to help you. Greatest Place to work ever!

      Cons

      I have absolutely nothing bad to say about IPR--although a southern office would be great!
