      Pros

      *TM team gets all the perks ,salary and flexibility . If you’re not in that team, good luck. *A few decent coworkers trying to survive the chaos.

      Cons

      *The company sells this “cool, chill startup vibe” but it’s just branding — the reality is toxic and exhausting. *Every department except TM is overworked, micromanaged, and constantly under pressure. *The place is run like a high school group project — full of politics, favoritism, and people with zero real leadership skills. *Constant hiring and firing — if your into office politics you're gone. *No clarity, no accountability, and definitely no professionalism. *It’s honestly a mess behind the flashy Instagram stories and feel-good slogans.
