      This company is full of potential and has everything to be a leader in the industry. Overall benefits are good.

      Cons

      Communication, it's just unacceptable for a company of this size. No culture, no identity Company aquired in 2016 are not even slightly integrated yet.

      Benefits - robust Benefits and pay is fair

      Cons

      The CEO lacks integrity and character. He and CFO have a good cop bad cop game and beat down the teams. We all see through it and they fail to inspire employees or loyalty. The HR leadership have all turned over 3x each role in my 4 years - some really great folks - what does that tell you! The sales team are never recognized even when goals are exceeded. Poor morale.
