Pros

Most of the big pharma clients work with this agency so there is a lot of opportunity to work on big brands Has a very good track record on pitches (we win almost everything we pitch) Great chemistry among all employees, everyone gets along so well. Have been voted a great place to work several years in a row, and its true!

Cons

Annual incentives and merit increases on salary (if offered) are quite slim

Pros

- Decent benefits - Many training resources - Movement within organization

Cons

- Zero flexibility; perhaps this varies from account to account - No effort to build rapport within immediate team - High expectation of productivity (must submit timesheets and account for every 15 minute timeslot with target of 80% billable hours) - A lot of corporate communication about work-life balance, but no accountability to ensure it's being encouraged across organization (they need to walk the talk)
