      Pros

      Tons of perks include an in-house cantina serving breakfast and lunch daily and sometimes dinner as well, tons of events. Great, helpful, talented, smart people.

      Cons

      It is a very easy-going place to work with generally longer production time in contrast to the intense pace of many game companies.

      Pros

      The company really wants to go to the next level and enables its employees to be a part of that crazy ride. Super transparent with targets and thoughts about the future.

      Cons

      Being a part of IOI currently demands a lot of work and effort - Being a part of something big will do that. At the same time, being in a company that transitions from small to big is kind of wild and will provide some challenges along the way.
