Pros

They paid pretty well, but like most companies, you pay the lion's share of the insurance cost. Pretty solid relationship with Wells Fargo nationally.

Cons

They are really not that strategic in finding new clients. Once you are at 18 month max time allowed at Wells Fargo, you need to roll-out for at least 6 months. INT doesn't even bother to really search too hard for other opportunities.

Pros

Pros: The office has a more modern look to it, as you are in an old brick building near downtown, also if the internet goes down you get to leave early and work from home, but also they are so unaware of what is happening in the office, we would often unplug the internet barely so it looked like it stopped working and we could leave. Sorry, I am getting ahead of myself, - lets go to the cons.

Cons

Cons: Honestly, I don’t think I will have enough space to write them all, as there is a limit, and you will probably stop reading long before I would be able to get through them, however I digress. To any future candidate- trust me working LITERALLY anywhere else will give you more experience, respect, and support then INT. The work/ team environment is lacking tremendously as everyone in the office is related and co-habiting in an incestuous relationship, if you are not related to anyone that works at INT you are simply ignored. Let’s review the name of their “company” claiming INT stands for (INT)egrity, HA. Next- When you are doing some what poorly with the lack of training you receive form INT, they will put you on performance plan, Hint hint – this means you will be fired within the next 3 weeks, unless like I said previously you are related to literally anyone in the office, your performance plan will just go on for weeks and weeks and you will get paid a high salary because the Owner/CEO – whatever she wants to call herself pays her friends to work there to do nothing, and this is if she decides to come into the office. Please do not give the owner the satisfaction of getting a bonus for hiring you on to her team, she already makes more than she should for doing nothing. I could go on and on – But I think the point is very clear. Take the fact they have no social media presence as a red flag.

We certainly understand that everyone has the freedom to interpret their experiences in their own way, but it should be obvious based on his own review that this individual did not care to be successful and would sabotage his coworkers ability to achieve their financial goals for his own personal benefit of going home early. One of our reasons for doubting the validity of this review, or how disconnected you were from INT, is your reference to our female CEO which is false. Our CEO, Chris Knott, is well known by everyone at INT as he is actively involved in the ongoing communication with and development of our employees, especially our Technical Recruiters who he believes are key to our company’s success. Additionally, our CEO is based in California, not Colorado. Our goal to bring in highly successful professionals may occasionally result in hiring a few employees who are related to someone else but this is a limited practice, not policy. Our VP of Technical Recruiting conducts ongoing weekly training sessions and makes herself readily available to anyone who desires additional training or coaching. Our carefully monitored performance plans ensure not only sales success but also financial growth. Your “clear” reference is misguided and your review points to falsehoods that imply you are not a former INT employee. INT welcomes professionals who want to pursue a path to success in a flexible working environment with hard-working yet fun coworkers and helpful leaders!

Pros

Work from home aspect was great.

Cons

Almost Everyone in management is family in some kind of way which results in tension between the sales and recruiting team. If you aren’t in the family you won’t make it far. Management has no idea how to get business other than one main client and keep recruiters. Their salary for recruiters is below industry standards.

Thank you for your feedback. INT is proud of our employees and their accomplishments and we make sure we treat all coworkers equally. Although we have only three people related to another out of the many internal staff, none of our management team is related to another. We certainly hope all our employees feel like “family”! INT treats our “family” members with respect and we do our best to hire exceptional people to service our many clients! For our production staff, extensive research as shown we pay higher than industry norms for commissions and bonuses, in addition to a competitive base salary, making the potential compensation far above our competitors. The notable long tenure of most of our employees, along with competitive base salaries and incentives, speak to INT’s dedication to our staff members.
