Pros
The benefits and pay seem great until you are working every night, weekend, and holiday and are unable to use time off. It is not disclosed during the interview process but later sprung on you that you aren’t allowed to take any time off in November or December. You will be criticized and questioned for taking sick time. Leadership will call you and ask you to check in while you are on vacation. There are some great people here but many have left and others are actively searching for other employment
Cons
The word toxic is thrown around a lot, but this place is toxic. Leadership is run by a group of mean girls who make up their own rules and do not care to get to know employees or help them in any way despite flags being raised. Some good clients but they are noticing the heavy turnover and employee burnout. I’ve seen people not even lasting a year here. The workload for every department is overwhelming and in return people are very mean. Sign in sheets have been randomly used in the offices as they micromanage us going in despite there being no collaboration or culture in the office. In the interviews they say the teams or growing or they won new business, but in reality they are scrambling to fill positions of the people running out of here
