      Pros

      Very laid back Lots of PTO Maximum health care You can travel the country and work without ever being bothered. Changing flights, hotels, schedules, can be very flexible and you get to make a lot of decisions without being micromanaged. You can realistically work for months without being bothered. Perfect for someone who loves travel and ability to make their own schedule.

      Cons

      Room for raised but not position advancement Overworked, understaffed Lower starting salary than other engineers You will work +40 hours a week, only getting overtime if you happen to also work a sunday. Often putting out fires on site and doing more than your job description. More of a technician than an engineer. You will get very dirty.
