Agreed. Back then the culture and management were less than favorable to employees. You'd be pleased to know IMPACT went through a lot of changes over the years and have worked hard to create a robust, modern environment that is employee-centric with open door policy, feedback welcomed, a thriving HR department, regular team outings, community outreach, amazing benefits that include 401k (match up to 5%) unlimited PTO, and work remote opportunity. The company has grown 100% YoY the past 3 years and have expanded offices in Dallas and D.C.
