      Minimal supervision. Met some cool people.

      Cons

      Upper management cares more about money than employees or patient care.Blatant favoritism. If you don't suck up don't expect any respect.

      Good people, staff is very team oriented, company has strong future and upper management is engaged with employees, something that I haven't seen in other companies I worked before.

      Cons

      Startup behavior of constant changes and adjustments, if you are not willing to adapt to change, it can be tough environment
