Business outlook
Pros
Compensation has been good, but it can be arbitrary. I have paid off many of my obligations. Before Ricoh took over it had the best value proposition in the industry, but I can see it being eroded as Ricoh takes a more active role in the business.
Cons
Low management talent, high degree of politics and territory padding, all senior behaviors are driven by the compensation plan. Operating income has risen at the expense of sales compensation. Morale is low. In addition, the market is mature and pricing pressure is fierce. Don't be fooled by the big wins they will tell you about. They are short lived.
