      The incentives, bonuses & random draws but only if you get selected. They eventually pay you your commission even after you quit. They will hire anyone

      Cons

      Terrible hours available A lot of misinformation Commission not paid until after 6-8 months Adherence bonus regularly messed up on pay

      The company will give you opportunity to grow but at your own risk

      Cons

      Duplicity of jobs meaning you have several bosses above you, their not a flat organization, you'd have to kiss their bottoms to get promoted. Talent acquisition lacks talent, very tedious process of onboarding and offboarding.
