      Pros

      The products are solid and the engineering staff is first rate.

      Cons

      Extremely political environment. Management continually places trust in people that cheat the company and then put policies in place that hurt honest employees and drags back the business. Management does not communicate clearly nor does it keep commitments to employees unless they are lawfully bound to do so. Diversity is not valued and short term gain is the main goal of the company. The company has been and continues to be involved in many lawsuits from former employees.

      Average salary is quite low compared to similar companies in the area. No parties, no education, no fun.

      The products sell themselves. This can be an easy job if that's what you're looking for. The company is profitable and has a loyal customer base.

      Cons

      Highly political environment. The company is stable, but unlikely to grow so opportunities are limited. Benefits are unreliable changing yearly and without notice. Trust is a big issue at this company and there are many problems that result from that.
