      Pros

      -Pay is considered competitive -Good commission accelerators and opportunities to apply yourself and succeed -Founder & CEO are informed, kind and approachable -Helpful and nice team members -Technology is really interesting and easy to discuss -Marketing team is decent and well aligned to sales

      Cons

      -Maximum amount of Micro management going on here -ZERO autonomy -Negative reinforcement and talks to other team members about you & your work -Zero trust for you to do your job -Unrealistic KPI's. -If you suggest or question any kind of change it is not met with grace or understanding! -This is not even the half of it and I could go on and on, but to summarize, do not work here

      Cool technology, great leaders and co-workers, nice overall environment, great benefits, flexibility for work-life balance

      Cons

      still a lot of manual processes so getting information from another department may take longer than expected. In growth mode, so work load can be big at times.

      - Very interesting technology - Green industry

      Cons

      - Lack of engineering input at the highest decision making level of the company - Executive team does not understand technology and its appliction - Executive team background is related to TV production, accounting, consulting. Hence, team cannot conceptualize what it takes to move company forward. - Chaotic work environment in marketing, operations, engineering
