My original post was deleted or hidden so I’m reposting to ensure this gets out there. The issues truly stem from the owners and the lack of any actual management. They cut corners constantly and do everything with as little effort and money as possible. The office environment is incredibly toxic and everyone is miserable. Everyone is grossly underpaid (Admins start at $17.75/hr and 45k/yr is where sales starts) and there’s very little room to grow. If you do manage a promotion, your “raise” is probably offensive and somewhere around their 6% cap. The yearly increases for the admin team was the same regardless of your performance and had a 3% cap for everyone and was around 50 cents. Very little positive reinforcement as well but lots of negative (they took away our Xmas bonus last year for example). More than half of my team members quit within the same 3 months I did if that tells you anything.
