      Pros

      Easy to get into as management is very technically challenged. Management very focused on client therefore they will nickel and dime their employees. "Quantity before Quality "

      Cons

      This company does not believe in employee loyalty. They have a reputation for stealing from their staff (Unpaid PTO - Unpaid Overtime) Disconnect between upper and middle management.

      Pros

      easy to work with LOWER managment only. good company to work for in some senses, but omg the pay is aweful, we are in the bottom 4% for this field and they dont care that the reason the turnover is so high is because people use this job to get a low level clearance and then another job as fast as possible making twice as much.

      Cons

      upper managment is difficult to deal with. They obviously get nice bonuses because our program directory drove a mazarrati in to come give me my 100 christmas bonus. thanks. that says a lot. their happy hours are only at times when corporate people could make it and they talk a lot about racing their porches. must be nice, but too bad that on the salary for lower level techs, we barely make enough to live in this in this area, and not enough to even drive a new civic. thank god, i dont have to deal with then much.

      Concepts with CORAS Cloud are great. Seems that the organization forgot that good, quality employees are the key to its success; not single VPs with agendas

      Cons

      VPs have forgotten that people are their most valuable asset
