Pros
Compensation is decent but not really worth it. Staff is friendly, but no one is willing to stand up to management.
Cons
Management treats staff poorly, and ceo is aware and refuses to handle certain managers. No opportunity for growth, constantly micro managed. Management gives no credit to your abilities and skills, you are treated as if you know nothing and can’t be trusted to make decisions.
