Lack of communication, low pay, negative kitchen manager, smoking allowed inside, forced to work a kitchen shift to save money, no general manager, owner barely there, suggestions and complaints go unheard, no accountability for staff, poor food handling,
I learned how to have a thick skin that’s for sure
Cons
By far the worst work experience I’ve ever had. Don’t bother telling managers if you’re being harassed by a customer they’ll say it’s what you signed up for
Great money at times. When you’re a server it’s pretty easy to get shifts
Cons
Very catty because of the girls you work with. Hostile environment. Managers definitely play favorites on who gets the good sections. A LOT of favoritism.
