      none that i can think of.

      Cons

      toxic tech management and seniors incompetent interms of zero documentation, HUGEE tech debt, incompetent implementation. gatekeeping info. misuse and mismanagement of funds. no work life balance. zero foresight. everything is a personal career threat to them. only ceo has positive plans while being sabotaged by everyone else in the tech team.

      Pros

      The team culture is amazing, management is extremely supportive and focus on individuals' careers as well. Lots of good projects to work on and grow with. Team consists of talented individuals and follows a clear and honest communication protocol. Flexibility in work life balance. Very good HR policies - could get all the help we needed very easily.
