The best thing about Home View is the work-life balance. Everyone works from home and everyone works at their own pace. They set their own schedule. This company is not for the unmotivated.
Cons
The biggest con is that the company is constantly experiencing growing pains that goes along with a rapid expansion and this can sometimes be frustrating.
