This job allows easy work inside of a mall conveniently located near the food court and the workers there are really relaxed.
Cons
Offered minimum wage to start then realized they pay below minimum wage to all workers. Did not realize half of the workers there are working on a tourist visa. No benefits or even employment insurance. Place is not safe or healthy..there's a microwave in the bathroom and the space is limited to work in.
1. Management does not care about your opinions.
2. Team members will also be cutthroat, but for what reason??? this is a home goods company, not Goldman Sachs.
3.No room for growth
