Pros

I’ve been with the Marketing team at Hiver for quite some time now, and my experience has been very positive. Like any growing organization, there were a few hiring mismatches. However, what stood out was how quickly and proactively the leadership addressed the situation. They made tough decisions, focused on performance, and ensured the team was set up for success. I truly appreciate the leadership’s speed, transparency, and accountability. They have a strong results-oriented culture while providing the support needed to succeed. Overall, it’s been a great place to grow professionally, and I value being part of a team that is committed to high standards and continuous improvement.

Cons

* Fast-paced environment with high expectations. * Can be demanding during peak business periods.

Pros

1. Hybrid work setup 2. lunch offered in office 3. Flexible hours Honestly, nothing else.

Cons

1. There is very little strategic clarity, and direction keeps changing far too often. This is probably the clearest sign of why the company has been going downhill over the last few of years. 2. Marketing priorities and brand positioning shift every few weeks, but the pressure to deliver leads and pipeline remains constant. 3. Marketing leadership often appeared to lack a strong understanding of the function. Strategic decisions felt driven more by generic AI-generated recommendations than by market context, customer insights, or marketing expertise. 4. As a result, there was very little room for people with domain expertise to contribute. Inputs from specialists were frequently overridden by generic AI suggestions, even when they did not fit the business or product. 5. Leadership does not seem to take enough accountability for unclear strategy or changing goalposts. When outcomes do not come immediately, the blame gets pushed down to teams. 6. Layoffs were handled very poorly. Entire teams across marketing, content, SEO, and other departments were let go with little to no explanation. Many were not given a proper chance to ask questions or understand the reason.
