      Pros

      Highly talented attorneys. Firm encourages collegial culture without the out-dated heirarchal thinking with respect to attorney/staff interactions. New managing partner breathes lfe into practice management, filling a void previously ignored by former M.P. Non-attorney management is strong, fair and inspires growth and longevity. Work-life balance encouraged by owners.

      Cons

      Wages a a little low, and location is not great.
