Pros

Learn a little and you get some exposure to understanding the functions of construction and fire alarm

Cons

Disorganized and PM’s have ego’s with no plan. Tend to put the blame on fellow team members instead of working together as a team to create a solution for the client. Does projects very last minute, not communication between departments or clients unless things go left.

Pros

You can learn a lot in a short period of time by juggling multiple roles.

Cons

Unstructured days. Micromanagement. 1 person handling 3 people's roles. Too many office politics and favoritism.
