      Unethical and toxic environment

      Pros

      They talk it up when onboarding, and initial pay seemed nice.

      Cons

      Processes are lacking, no CRM to manage intormation so each department is inputting redundant information. Unrealistic expectations based on growth they've already experienced. Toxic environment and not a good or supportive culture. They try to talk up work/life balance and flexibility but it doesn't exist. They often deal with customers unethically. Would never recommend someone I know work here or do business with them in any capacity. No 401(k) or retirement option. Benefits are not good with high premiums along with high deductibles, especially for families. Very limited time off

      Great company with caring owners and hard working employees.

      Fast growing company with tons of potential that provides a high quality, affordable product.

      Cons

      This company has been hit hard by the pandemic supply chain issues and suffers from the labor and material price variations which can cause a stressful work environment.
