      -No Decision making Autority-If you work here be ready to take approval for each amd everything you want to do . I don't find any good thing about this organization apart from that you have a job.

      Cons

      -No Room For Innovation. - No focus on employees. -No Growth Opportunities . -No incentive policy. -Very less Hr benefits. -Small organization with no vision to Grow

      Pros

      Nothing is good here, no process, no dedicated shifts, no he policies, everything is in hand of selective people and if your manager won't like you no body is there to listen you rather you worked well or performer

      Cons

      Salarys get delayed, lot of confusion related to compoff, overtime, appraisals and promotions are based on partiality, firing employees cleverly

      Pros

      No reason to work with HIPL.. They just make fool and play with employees future.

      Cons

      Company doesn't have project. It's surviving because of few projects. At the time of joining will let you know that we have achieved this and that which is false statement. Also Monopoly work of the seniors only. Here some employee who are working from last more then 20 years and they say that no one can survive here till the time we are working here. Also management doesn't take ownership when you raise your hand against them. Company doesn't pay salary on time also my salary, reimbursement and documents didn't provide me.
