Pros

A brilliant family owned and run company to work for. I have been here for over 5 years now after starting as a seasonal staff member and have progressed through the company. It's a great team atmosphere and everyone across all departments of the business pulls together at peak , the directors are hands on and get stuck in alongside the team. There are lots of training opportunities and many added extras such as jacket potatoes / various different food vans at peak, free onsite gym, fresh fruit etc

Cons

It's a bit out the way if you don't drive.

Pros

Lovely staff in all departments, outstanding premises and owners of the business get very much involved in the day to day running on the business and make the staff feel valued. Great progression opportunities within departments and a very supportive HR team.
