      Pros

      The Team here was refreshing to say the least. I was working with people that actually cared about my growth, they would push when i needed to be pushed and listen when i need to be heard. Other than the occasional dance-off (I'm not the best dancer) It was a really great fit for me. I was not able to pursue the growth they provided because i had to go back to college, but i recommend this place to anyone that is tired of the stagnant boring work life.

      Cons

      We had to work Saturdays since it is event based work. work was 10-3 Saturday and only had to work 2 Saturdays a month, but that's 2 too many for me!

      Pros

      The company itself strives to accomplish some pretty amazing things..

      Cons

      it is direct marketing, not digital. A lot of standing in front of stores and asking for donations.. No experience with marketing tools, or anything related to online marketing.

      Pros

      Great people. Great atmosphere. Big focus on bettering yourself and those around you.

      Cons

      For the hours you work, you don't get paid that much. You get looked down on for not working a Saturday or not coming in early or not staying late. You work outside in all conditions and it's entirely commission based.
