Pros
The owner is very kind and if you feel overworked, they will make it to where you take as long as you need to not feel rushed. Great place to learn with a friendly work environment. They also have an emphasis in nail art, so it is less boring than other nail slons.
Cons
Very low pay. $15/hour plus ~$5/hr extra in tips rounds out to roughly $20/hr. This may be good for some but in San Diego, it was very hard to survive off of, especially with no room to grow in the company. Also, the back room is super small and the areas to work in can get uncomfortable.
