Recently the maintenance department at Keno hill site lied and bullied their way to fire the best maintenance supervisor there was. Things have gone down hill since then and mechanical repairs have went down hill even though the mechanics seem like they're trying. We recently were brought in to the office where management screamed at us and called us idiots and swore at us for 20 minutes because they suspected someone was smoking pot on site. Most unprofessional thing ive ever witnessed. You will never feel appreciated here.

Management is utterly insecure looking to be seen by the C suites. They will step on their subordinates for any attention. Good employees are quickly fired for ridiculous reasons, basically made their inept boss feel insecure. Kinda sociopath culture here. Been in the industry for nearly three decades and this is the most depraved work environment I've come across. If you have innovation, creativity, ambition, self-wroth, or talent then stay far away from this place. They promote and hire the most psychopathic desperate management. You are better than this company.
