Pros

Free tea/coffee. Free parking. Lift.

Cons

Lack of compliance. Cannot run a business properly. Too many old hands doing things like its still 1980.

Pros

Good office facilities. People who worked in the company for years had great understanding of the business.

Cons

Overworked. Not supported. When raised work volume concerns, no actions were taken and was threatened with HR involvement.
